Give something away

* Are you ready to learn a new phrasal? Alright, so am I. Let's keep the ball rolling then. Read the sentences and try to figure out the meaning of this phrasal.

* I can't believe Suzana just gave  her new T.V. away!
* Emily is giving away her english magazine collection.
* The old tv still works. We can sell it or give it away.
* Over 5 milllon dollars has been given away since the program " Million show" began.
* The federal lottery gave away over 16 million  dollars last month.

What does give something away mean? Whatever it takes It's good to know that you can use it in two ways. You can give something away or give away something. In order to help you to find out the meaning of this phrasal , I've prepared some exercises. let's do it together. Firstly I'd like you to know that when you give something away you are,  as a matter of fact,  giving something to somebody.
